Als je je bestelling wilt annuleren, neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact op met ons klantensupportteam en wij zullen je volledige terugbetaling verwerken.<\/p>\n<h3>Terugbetalingsverzoeken na 24 uur<\/h3>\n<p>Bestellingen die meer dan 24 uur geleden zijn geplaatst, kunnen niet meer volledig worden geretourneerd. Na deze periode is het pakket meestal al voorbereid en verzonden naar de douane, waardoor het niet meer in aanmerking komt voor een volledige terugbetaling.<\/p>\n<h3>Gedeeltelijke terugbetaling voor late verzoeken<\/h3>\n<p>Voor terugbetalingsverzoeken die binnen 24 uur na het plaatsen van de bestelling worden ingediend, kunnen we alleen een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling van maximaal 50% van het bestelbedrag bieden. Dit komt door de kosten die gemoeid zijn met het terugroepen van het pakket van de douane.<\/p>\n<h3>Geen terugbetaling na verzending<\/h3>\n<p>Zodra het pakket is verzonden en u het trackingnummer ontvangt, komt u niet langer in aanmerking voor een terugbetaling.<\/p>\n<h3>Zekerheids- en douanekwesties<\/h3>\n<p>Al onze pakketten zijn verzekerd.
