Refund Policy

Refund Requests Within 24 Hours

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will process your full refund.

Refund Requests After 24 Hours

Orders placed more than 24 hours ago cannot be refunded in full. After this period, the package is typically prepared and dispatched to customs, making it ineligible for a full refund.

Partial Refunds for Late Requests

For refund requests made after 24 hours of placing the order, we can only offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the order amount. This is due to the costs involved in recalling the package from customs.

No Refund After Shipment

Once the package has been shipped and you receive the tracking number, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Insurance and Customs Issues

All our packages are insured. If your package is detained by customs and is not released, we will issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or any other issues caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
